Gather and analyze business requirements for accounting and financial systems. Conduct business process analysis and preliminary cost benefit analysis to align information technology solutions with business initiatives. Prepare project plans and budgets, business requirement documents and system requirement documents; conduct gap analyses to cover deficiencies; give inputs for various types of testing. Conduct User Acceptance testing, train users to use customized system and provide technical assistance to program users; Monitor systems and programs for trouble areas, correct systems as necessary according to established practices; Simulate defects / bugs, fix them and implement solutions and procedures in coordination with computer operations and user departments. Provide support after implementation.
Must have Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in CS /MBA/Engg(any) or related. Must be proficient in gathering requirements, performing cost benefit analysis, requirement analyses, gap analyses, and user acceptance testing. Job location: Charlotte, NC and other unanticipated locations across the US. Travel/relocation may be required to the client locations.
